Acupressure: Often used to improve the immune system and all around health. It removes blocks from the meridian system.

Chi Nei Tsang: This is internal organ massage that removes blockages from the abdominal area. It is good for healing digestive ailments and improving the immune system.

Cranio-Sacral: Loosens the neck muscles and is great for relieving pain.

Deep Tissue: Loosens muscles with applied pressure.

Feldenkrais: Teaches the body alternative ways of movement.

Hot Stone Massage: Hot Stone Massage uses smooth heated stones that are placed on certain points on the body. The stones are used to melt away knots, increase overall detoxification and alleviate tension and stress.

Jin Shin Jyutsu: Fairly similar to acupressure, it helps reduce tension, stress and other problems.

Reflexology: Adjusts meridian energy. This is a very relaxing massage that can be performed on oneself. It helps remove blockages through the feet and/or hands.

Reiki Therapy: Adjusts energy in the body. As the massager channels energy through your body, you become in tune with the energy forces around you.

Rolfing: Therapeutic form of massage that deals with the connection between muscular tension and unexpressed emotions.

Rosen Method: Focuses on the emotional body.

Shiatsu: Focuses on releasing blocked energy.

Swedish: Most common form of massage, it focuses on total body relaxation.

The Trager Approach: A pleasurable, gentle and effective approach to movement education and mind/body integration; the effects are deep and long-lasting.

The Trigger Point Massage: It works with the body's surface muscles and their connective tissues as well as deeper ligaments and their connective tissues.
